| By the end of 2013, the national highway mileage has approached to 4.3562 million kilometers, its amplification was about 2.8 percent under the comparison to 2012.According to the official figures, containing the unsurfaced and the simply paving road, there exists at least 2.877 million kilometers highway mileage at the end of 2013, among them the paving road is 2.3594 million kilometers, which is consist of 659900 km asphalt concrete pavement and 1.6995 million km concrete pavement. It can be concluded that the cement concrete will be the main form of traffic pavement structure in the future for a long time. But it also exists many pavement diseases such as broken slab, slab faulting, empty beneath pavement slab and so on, which seriously affect the vehicle driving safety. Now the way of modification is adding asphalt layer to the surface of cement mixture, the key is the structure of asphalt concrete, which is still the important research topicIn the case of G107 in Hengyang Hunan province, we study the effect of the rubblization technology on it, paying the most attention to the design of the asphalt structure, the requirements for construction technical and the control for conducting the project.Under the special heavy traffic load level, the author conducted the optimization study of the structure project of overlaying asphalt pavement on the old broken cement concrete roadbed. From top to bottom, the initial overlay project is:10cm asphalt concrete surface layer and 45 cm cement stabilized crushed stone base. However, after modeling, layering and processing finite element analysis on the asphalt pavement structure by ANSYS, the optimal combination for pavement structure is proved to be 10 cm asphalt concrete surface layer and 35 cm cement stabilized crushed stone base. The above analysis is calculated for the tensile stress of the bottom of layer and the temperature stress mechanics performance under the standard axial load of 100 kN and 120 kN. Based on the theory of layered elastic system, the optimal structure layer can meet the project requirement after calculated by HPDS2011 program.According to the situation that the G107 road reconstruction project is under special heavy traffic load, the author studies the influence of different traffic load level on the structure of asphalt concrete. It is obviously that different combined pavement layer should be designed for the different traffic load conditions. Its conclusions are:In case of medium and heavy traffic, asphalt concrete surface layer can be directly paved when the old road has been rubblizated; However, for the case of the road under an especially heavy condition, a new cement stabilized base should be set on the old rubblization road before paving the asphalt surface layer. |
