Treatment Measures Of Overlaying Asphalt Pavement On Cement Concrete Pavement Of Urban Road

When the old cement concrete pavement is in use,its pavement performance gradually declines and needs to be treated and cured.At present,the method of adding asphalt concrete layer has gradually become the main treatment method,which can fully utilize the original pavement material and its residual strength,and significantly improve the pavement performance.However,due to the huge difference in performance between the old cement concrete slab and the asphalt layer,the road surface disease of the base layer is easily reflected on the surface layer to form a road surface disease.There are many gaps and shortcomings in the current research.In response to these problems,this paper first analyzes and summarizes the current research progress,and summarizes the research conclusions and results at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the project,the methods of evaluation and analysis of the use condition of old cement concrete pavement were studied,and the pavement damage investigation,ground penetrating radar survey,bearing capacity detection and structural parameter detection were analyzed.According to the test evaluation results,the research on the reinforcement and repair technology of old cement concrete pavement was carried out,and the treatment methods of typical diseases were analyzed.The treatment of the bottom of the plate was studied intensively,and the evaluation of the reinforcement and repair effect of multiple ways was carried out.Based on the treatment method,the paper carried out the structural design of the old cement concrete and asphalt concrete.Firstly,the most unfavorable loading position of the overcoat structure was determined,and then the influence of the original cement raft,the original pavement base layer and the subgrade structure on the stress in the overcoat layer was analyzed.On this basis,the influence of the thickness of the overcoat structure and the modulus of the overcoat layer and the contact conditions between the new and old structural layers were analyzed.At the same time,the research on material design of ‘white plus black’was carried out.The influence of the treatment method of the old cement on the material properties was analyzed,followed by the material design and performance analysis of the overcoat.Material properties analysis and selection criteria were studied for the interface layer.Finally,through the test road,the disease development after the treatment of the pavement is tracked and the treatment effect is evaluated.
