Combining the energy-saving program and the new energy vehicles demonstrating and popularizing program in Kunming, and integrating the use of GPS,GPRS, GIS, computer networks, database and etc, the new energy vehicles demonstrating run management informatization platform in Kunming has been developed and constructed. It includes the platform hardware construction, real-time monitoring system development, data acquisition platform development and data-analysis function development. Many functions like real-time remote monitoring of the demonstrating new energy vehicles, early warning of the faults of the operating vehicles, real-time data collecting and storing of the vehicles, statistical analysis of the data and etc. have been achieved. This platform provides decision-making references for the demonstration and popularization of the new energy vehicles in Kunming, and also provides accurate and reliable data support for the application and modification of the new energy vehicles.Using the new energy vehicles demonstrating run management informatization platform, searching and studying of the construction of a certain line circulating and running condition,as well as the analyzing of data acquisition from a certain brand hybrid buses have been done. The results indicate that:firstly, the informatization platform hardware facility could meet the requirements of the new energy vehicles demonstrating run management informatization platform, and preliminarily achieves some functions which are real-time remote monitoring of the demonstrating new energy vehicles, real-time data collecting and storing of the vehicles, statistical analysis of the data and etc. Secondly, the T_C_Speed which is the speed analytical statement was built to acquire the speed analysis data on the basis of SQL Server, so that the speed data analysis function of the platform has been achieved; the T_C_EngineSpeed which is the engine speed analytical statement was built to acquire the engine speed analysis data on the basis of SQL Server, so that the engine speed data analysis function of this platform has been achieved; using the T_Data_MGCAN which is the CAN data table to acquire the engine speed data and load rate data, and using the SQL Server to statistical analysis of these data, the engine speed data analysis and load rate data analysis functions of this platform have been achieved. Thirdly, using the CNC gateway program of the new energy vehicles demonstrating run management informatization platform and C#, the partition of the kinematic sequences and the calculation of the eigenvalue calculation software became conveniently and accurately. Thus the workload of the preliminary data processing was efficiently simplified, and the requirement of subsequent calculating of the driving cycle’s construction was contented too. Fourthly, the error values between the eigenvalue of constructed driving cycle and the eigenvalue of actual driving cycle are less than10%. It indicates that based on the kinematic sequences, using principal component analysis and K-means algorithm methods to construct driving cycle is practicable. Fifthly, the experiment bus line driving cycle has several features, such as long timing idling, low average speed, high proportion of acceleration and deceleration, and frequently start-stop, etc. For the new energy vehicles which use different technical routes, the application of this demonstrating run management informatization platform can provide technical support for the technology level assessment of them.
