For the aero-engine model building,there are already many ways and effects appearance,but the high simulation research of the appearance, the internal structure and the workingprinciple is quite few.The focus of the research on aero-engine appearance should be its performance research,technology research and manufacturing methods. In general,traditional way to express anaero-engine is tend to two-dimensional expression, use drawings and samples of real imagesto describe an aero-engine model. But the complanation of this description will causes a greatinfluence while people observation and understanding. The construction of three-dimensionalmodel solved many of the existing problems. In China, the current ways to build a3d modelfor aero-engine is using engineering software. Due to the limitations of engineering software,although it can make expressions of any parts of an aero-engine, the complex of productionmethod would wastes a lot of time. And the material of the final result is simple, the formdoes not conform to the perspective, the visual effect is poor. In addition, engineeringsoftware cannot make dynamic demonstration, so it cannot show the working principle of anaero-engine.From the perspective of industrial design, introduce the knowledge of industrial designto aero-engine model building would make a great benefit to its performance research,technology research and manufacturing methods. Starting from analysis the real samplingimage, then, using design software to build an aero-engine model, give material, rendering,and to make the final animation output from multiple perspectives. The design andmanufacture of the aero-engine working principle can also be through by virtual realitytechnology to. That is a vivid expression, fully reflect the research value and advantage of3dvirtual in the field of aero-engine.This article focuses on the demand and operating methods of how to express the domesticaero-engine’s appearances in a highly emulational way. Through the general introduction and application of all kinds of software, the article actually shows the effects and advantage ofhighly simulation domestic aero-engine. This article expounds the actual computer operationmethod, the application name, the static and dynamic presentation applications, and expressesthe operating process in a modular process analysis diagram.This method is practical and effective operated, and has been successfully applied in manypractical projects.
