In recent years, the construction industry has been rapid development in our country andthe scale of construction market was also expanding, but the quality problem of the constructionproject is particularly important by the characteristics of large in scale,long cycle and largeinvestment of the industrial project itself. Once the construction project quality go wrong, it willnot only affect the delivery and the use of the construction project, cause the economic losses,but also affect the beneficial to the people’s livelihood and the development of the constructionindustry if the quality problem is severe enough. At present, the quality problem of theconstruction project has become the focus of attention, it is hoped that the construction projectquality can achieve the desired objectives through the technical control and scientificmanagement. However the risk evaluation of the construction project quality is the mosteffective management means in the risk management of the construction project quality, and theimportant basis of founding quality problems, identifying the reasons of the problem andimproving the construction project quality. Therefore, this paper carried out the theoreticalanalysis and empirical research on the risk evaluation of the construction project quality, so Ihope that we can provide a theoretical basis for the risk management of the construction projectquality in China.First of all, this paper talked about the risk management of the construction project qualityand then made a detailed discussion on the meaning and features that were related to the riskmanagement of the construction project quality. Then this paper analyzed the whole process ofthe risk management of the construction project quality, introduced the traditional method ofthe risk identification and the risk evaluation one by one, and combined with the characteristicsof the construction project, so this paper proposed a method of the risk evaluation of theconstruction project quality that based on rough set and neural network, and proved thefeasibility of the evaluation method. Then according to the practical situation of constructionphase in the construction project, this paper used the related theory and method to analyze thefactors that influenced the quality of the construction phase in the construction project, and setup the index system of the risk evaluation of the construction project quality. At the end thispaper carried out the empirical analysis on the evaluation model that based on rough set andneural network. Firstly, this paper processed the sample data that collected from theconstruction site by the theory of rough set, and then a prediction model of neural network wasestablished for the risk of the construction project quality which used the evaluation index asthe input. Finally, this paper used the software MATLAB7.0to training and testing the BPneural network. The result of the empirical analysis shows that the evaluation model was operated smoothly and forecasted well, so it has the certain application value.
