Research On Quality Evaluation Of Construction Project Based On Fuzzy Rough Sets

Construction industry has appeared a series of quality problems in a very longperiod of time which is due to the quality can not meet the national standards causedmany quality accidents every year. In order to build a construction project which hasgood quality and strong security, enterprises must maintain communication andcoordination with the design units, construction units and construction technicalpersonnel, supervision units and other stakeholders, when they find the qualityproblems, they will take measures to deal with them timely. On the basis of analysis thefactors affecting quality, we set up the construction project quality evaluation model, forthe construction projects provides the theory basis on quality evaluation andimprovement. The research mainly includes following contents:(1) Analysis of the factors affecting construction projects quality. According to thecharacteristics of the construction project quality management, analysis maininfluencing factors of quality management, the construction project quality evaluationindex system is established and the evaluation index is consists of quality control data、engineering design quality、impression quality of construction unit、engineering entityquality、influence on environment、customer satisfaction.(2) The establishment of quality evaluation model based on Fuzzy Rough Set. Thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with rough set theory to build theconstruction project quality evaluation model, through rough set attribute reduction,calculate the indiscernible relation of the quality evaluation index system, remove theredundant indicators, build a new construction project quality evaluation index system,and then through the rough sets concepts of attribute importance, calculate the importance of attribute index, through the normalized processing, it is concluded thatthe index weights of attributes. Finally, using the method of fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation, the evaluation results are obtained.(3) The construction project quality management strategies are put forward.According to total quality management theory, put forward the quality managementapproach which is about the quality management of human, material, machine, method,environment, through the three stage theory of quality control, process quality controlstrategy and after acceptance of the requirements are put forward.
