| This paper takes hydraulic jack-up system of tower crane as the object of study. Fuzzy reliability is analyzed and the most available search order of fault is assessed.First of all,on the basis of the fault cause of hydraulic jack-up system, traditional FAT reliability analysis model is established, and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is done and T-S Fuzzy FAT(T-S FFAT) reliability analysis model is established through transformationprinciples.The fuzzy failure probability of the basic events in the model is calculated by the expert evaluation method.With T-S FFAT algorithm,the fuzzy reliability and fuzzy failure rate of system is calculated.On the contrary,when the basic events is at different fault degree,different fuzzy reliability and fuzzy failure rate of system can be calculated. What’s more,the safety degree of system is analyzed, the weakness in system is located.We put forward some measures that can improve the quality of oil and the reliability of key components.Secondly, on the basis of the T-S FFAT, the most available search order of fault is analyzed in combination with the gray fuzzy decision theory and the multiple attribute decision making theory.On the basis of T-S key safety degree and search cost, when crane hydraulic jack-up system is at different fault degree, the different fault search optimal order is concluded.Finally,in order to analysis easily,on the basis of fuzzy reliability analysis theory and fault search theory,the visualization software which is applied to analyse tower crane hydraulic jack-up system of fuzzy reliability analysis and optimal fault search strategy is designed by using Visual C++programming language and Microsoft Visual C++6.0 in MFC programming software platform.Through the engineering example of QTZ800 tower crane, it is proved that the software ispractical.The software can effectively carries on the fuzzy reliability and fault search analysis,and the result of analysis is close to actual situation.In the field of tower crane hydraulic jack-up system reliability analysis and fault diagnosis, an available method is put forward. |
