| Suining City, located in central Sichuan basin in China, has many rivers within its area. The basin area of Fujiang river and its tributaries river is 5127.4 km2, accounting for 96.29% of the area in Suining city which is rich in wetland resources. Suining is working hard to build a complete urban ecosystem by integrating the existing wetland resources. Binfen Road Wetland Park which is located in Hedong District of Suining is the research object. Evaluate all the wetland park plant ecological 12 services value with forestry ecology, statistics theory method. The evaluation results of ecosystem services will be formulated as wetland construction policy reference. The results are as follows:(1) The direct use value includes 3 contents. The three values in descending order are as follows water conservation value(2444261.55×104yuan/a)> Entertainment value(4428.681×104yuan/a)>substance production value(112.015×104yuan/a);(2) The indirect use value includes 6 contents totally. Carbon fixation and oxygen release value (13629196×104yuan/a)> water purification value (16737.15×104yuan/a)> transpiration endothermic value (240.91×104yuan/a)> flood control value(28.28×104 yuan/a)>research and education value (15.19×104yuan/a)> maintaining biodiversity value (7.35×104yuan/a);(3)Non-use value include 3 contents, heritage value (3372.885×104yuan/a)> existence value (3255.105×104yuan/a)> option value (2869.469×104yuan/a). In the questionnaires,72.41% respondents are willing to pay for the wetland, and the total payment value is 9497.459×104yuan/a;(4) The total Wetland Park ecological service function value is 16104784.91×104yuan/a. Direct use value was 13646224.88×104yuan/a, indirect use value was 2448802.246×104 yuan/a, non-use value was 9497.459×104yuan/a.The shown trend was indirect use value>direct use value> non-use value;(5) In the 12 ecological service function value of Suining Wetland Park in Binfen Road, the largest value is carbon fixation and oxygen release value (13629196×104yuan/a), the smallest one is maintaining biodiversity value (7.35×104yuan/a):carbon fixation and oxygen release value (13629196×104yuan/a)> water conservation value of (2444261.55×104yuan/a)>water purification value(16737.15×104yuan/a)>entertainment value (4428.681×104yuan/a)>heritage value (3372.885x104yuan/a)>existence value (3255.105×104yuan/a)> option value (2869.469x104yuan/a)> transpiration endothermic value (240.91×104yuan/a)> substance production value (112.015×104yuan/a)>flood control value(28.28×104yuan/a)> research and education value (15.191×104yuan/a)> maintaining biodiversity value (7.35×104yuan/a).The result shows that:the total value of Suining Binfen wetland ecosystem services is 1610.45×108yuan/year.It is 2.19 times of Suining year gross national product (GDP= 736.61×108Yuan);the value of wetlands ecosystem services are related to wetlands health status. The greater the biomass of wetlands, more abundant species, the greater the value of ecological services;the value of ecosystem services are related to the design features of this wetland park,the smaller anthropogenic interference to wetlands, more complete wetland ecological patches, more ponds and ecological island, better road accessibility and tour experience, the greater its ecological services value will be;research and education value of urban wetlands and maintaining biodiversity value can not be calculated with the result reference method, questionnaires can be used.
