This is called Wabi-sabi. Wabi-sabi is a kind of aesthetic concept---Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, and the simple and quiet design aesthetics. Some concept of the simple Wabi-sabi, will perhaps change our attitudes towards things. However, due to its character that he who talks does not know while he who knows does not talk, we can hardly find one example of Wabi-sabi in the modern life. It is much to be regretted that this make the aesthetics die out, which once had a wide influence and clear identification.
