With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, The use of electric energy has been deep into the production and life of the various aspects and links, The demand for electricity is increasing。 At present, the national electric power system reform is deepening, Explore new electricity market mechanisms。 As the county power supply enterprises, distribution network is the main management object in the future. Research on distribution network planning, How to improve power quality and reliability, it is of great practical significance for power supply enterprise management reform in the future.Firstly, this paper elaborates the research background, significance and research status. Combined with the actual network structure of Huaping power grid, power distribution, High voltage, medium voltage and low voltage in Huaping power grid is analyzed in detail, To find out the existing problems and the reasons of Huaping distribution network.Secondly, through the analysis of historical data of Huaping electricity, combined with the "13 five-year" period, Huaping focus on the development of key industrial projects in load demand. The total electricity consumption by the large customer method, trend extrapolation forecasting in Huaping. Because of the Huaping distribution network scale is not large, the load of electric powerbase is small, and the 35kV and large industrial electricity share than major,the influence of load forecasting is larger。 According to the actual situation of distribution network, net of large industrial electricity, determine the planning years load forecasting result.Thirdly, combined with the actual Huapingpower gridstructure, technical level of equipment, put forward the plan of Huaping in the low voltage distribution network, focused on solving the problem of the weak links in the distribution network. In the planning period to gradually improve the line insulation rate, gradually building acontact line, realize the transfer, and the energy saving measures of planning.Finally, according to the plan from the reliability of power supply, line loss rate, were assessed two aspects.
