The advancement of science and technology as well as the improvement of productivity on one hand created much more convenient possibilities for the life of human beings while on the other hand brought a quite fierce competitive market. And instead of being easily satisfied with usable and easily usable products, people now are expecting to gain better emotional experiences from the products. However, do products possess emotional feelings needed by people? And how can the products provide people with much better emotional experiences? Two of the commonly used ways to express emotional feelings in Chinese poems is to express emotions through physical things as well as to express emotions through integrating them with sceneries. For example, the sentence of "Ju tou yao ming yue,Di tou si gu xiang." in the poem of "Jing ye poem" written by Li Bai, a poet of Tang Dynasty, expresses the author’s missing of his homeland through his endowing the moon with emotions. And in the following days, the descendents gradually gained an understanding about the emotion of feeling lonely endowed with the moon by the author. So w can see from this poem that, the poet’s emotion was actually transferred to the moon.Meanwhile, there is a Chinese saying which goes as "love me, love my dog. The meaning of the saying is that, due to a man’s being very fond of the house, he extended his like of the house to the crow living on the ceiling of the house. And such an example shows that, the emotions of human beings can be transferred among different objects. Both of the above-mentioned two examples show that, people’s invisible and untouchable emotions can be imparted to objects through ways of transference and passing on and then be felt by people. So, can such a finding turn to be the way and approach to improve people’s emotional experiences during people’s designing the products? To sum up, a study upon the theory, approach and flows of emotional transference is given in this article, hoping to meet people’s higher demands through new design methods.
