With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,mobile devices and products,the pace of people's life is accelerating,and the Internet use of mobile devices shows a rapid growth trend.The convenience and multi-scene of mobile devices make them the main source of information output and acquisition in people's work and life.However,due to the huge amount of network information and the unstable state of the mobile network connection,the mobile hardware configuration is uneven,and so on,waiting for the user to use the mobile Internet products is difficult to avoid.When the user waits for too long,it is easy to produce negative emotions such as boredom,anxiety,and irritability,which not only reduces the quality of the user experience,but may even cause the user to leave the product page directly.In the past,most of the related research on user's waiting experience is from the perspective of psychology.The research results are not directly related to Internet product experience design,and lack of attention to user's emotional feelings.This paper is based on the basic theory and experimental research methods of time psychology and emotional psychology from the perspective of mobile Internet waiting experience design.This paper discusses the related theory of user waiting experience and its influencing factors(User's psychological state,hardware condition,software system performance,communication efficiency,business process,etc.).Relevant theory of user waiting time perception and its influencing factors(Subjective factors:emotional state,self-control and personality factors;objective factors: waiting process filler,waiting time certainty,waiting physical cost;).User emotional feeling and the impact of emotional design of internet products on users' emotions.It provides a theoretical basis for the experimental research of the following mobile Internet products waiting for the experience optimization strategy.Subsequently,according to the characteristics of mobile devices and the needs of users for a large number of information resources,this paper selects the pull-down refresh load waiting scene with higher frequency as the experimental scene.The analysis in the text illustrates the design components of the pull-down refresh loading page,and selects the loading time,interactive effects and loading animation as experimental research variables.After selecting the experimental research variables,this paper uses the user's time perception influencing factors as the theoretical basis,and combines Maslow's demand theory to design three different levels of interactiondynamic optimization design and three different levels of loading animation optimization design.The experiment is divided into two stages,mainly based on the two research perspectives of time perception and emotion perception,and studies the specific design methods of three different levels of optimization design strategies and their effects on user waiting experience.After the end of the experimental research,this paper proposes that the waiting experience optimization design strategy can be divided into the guiding layer,the stability layer and the wake-up layer,and summarizes the specific design methods of different levels of optimization design strategies.In the last part of the paper,three different levels of waiting experience optimization design strategies are applied in the actual project design,and the test evaluation of the user waiting experience is carried out to verify the feasibility of the experimental research method and the correctness of the research results.Different from previous research,his paper starts from the perspective of mobile Internet products waiting for experience design,and considers the effects of loading time,interactive effects and loading animation on time perception and emotional feeling.It solves the single problem of the research angle that the previous research angle is limited to the loading animation of the loading page and the presentation of the page content.In the research and measurement of emotion,based on the theory of emotional dimension model,and combined with SAM emotional scale measurement,this study allows subjects to self-evaluate their emotional valence and arousal,to solve the problems of low attention to emotional experience and one-sided measurement methods in previous studies.Finally,the two experiments in this study have their own emphases.The second experiment is based on the research of experiment one,which combines interactive effect with loading animation.In the research,not only the influence of multiple variables and components of the loading page on the user's waiting experience are discussed,while paying attention to the effect of the overall system between the various elements,to achieve a complete evaluation of each type of pull-down refresh loading page,so that the research results can provide an effective reference for the waiting experience optimization design of mobile Internet products.
