Study On Organizational Structure Pattern And Effectiveness Of Construction Projects Supervision

To bring into effect the system of construction project supervision in the process of construction will help to improve the quality of project construction, shorten the construction cycle, and save the construction fund. The thesis makes a research on the organizational construction pattern of domestic construction project supervision and its feasibility. At present, interior problems arise: some organizations of supervision department are overstaffed, the working efficiency and the project economic profit are quite low, some of the institutions are integrated, and the institutional responsibilities are not clarified. Accordingly, it's hard to realize the supervision objective. Regarding these problems, the thesis works on how to work out a rational, effective and foresighted organizational structure pattern of project supervision department.The thesis also analyzes two principal issues that will likely affect the operation of the construction supervision. They are personnel administration and the quality of the construction supervision. Combining the author's personal experience of running the project and the theories of project administration and project supervision, the author puts forward that a proper supervision organizational structure pattern should be established based on the project administration, and measures should be taken to ensure the quality of supervisors and their supervising products. Only in this way, can the supervision projective be realized under the current system of construction project supervision.
