| Organizational structure is the basis of enterprise composition and operation.When the external environment changes,enterprise managers must consider whether the enterprise organizational structure can adapt to the environment,and then ensure that the enterprise complies with the development trend of the times through adjustment and optimization.Since China’s economy has shifted from a high growth stage to a high quality development stage,the construction industry,as a pillar of the national economy,has borne the brunt of the impact.In the change of construction industry,how to occupy the advantage through organizational structure optimization has become an important issue that managers must face.This thesis selects L construction company as the research object and conducts an in-depth study on its organizational structure optimization.Firstly,it discusses the contents of relevant literature,expounds the theory of organizational structure,and provides the theoretical basis for the next analysis.Secondly,the current status of L Construction’s operations is explained.The company’s overview,development trend and current organizational structure are expounded,the company’s existing operation is analyzed,and the relevant theories of the organizational structure are combined to find problems preliminarily.Thirdly,the organizational structure problems of L construction company were diagnosed and analyzed.The organizational structure evaluation index system of L construction company was constructed,a questionnaire was designed to collect the original data,and the FAHP was used to analyze the data.Specifically,the weights of each evaluation index were determined and the comprehensive score of the company’s organizational structure was calculated.Then,interviews were conducted with relevant personnel of the company,and the results of the comprehensive evaluation were combined to diagnose the problems of the existing organizational structure and analyze its causes.Next,the organizational structure of L construction company is optimized and designed,and safeguards are established.The organizational structure optimization is designed to address the existing problems,to reset the departments,to add,delete and merge relevant departments,to rationalize departmental functions,and to recommend incentives.Next,we establish safeguards to ensure that the optimization of the organizational structure can be carried out smoothly.Specifically: management-led and staff cooperation,provide financial support,strengthen talent team building,and improve the salary assessment mechanism.Finally,conclusions and perspectives are drawn.The organizational structure of an enterprise is not fixed,and there is never the best one,but only the one that is suitable for the enterprise in accordance with the current development conditions.Managers should pay attention to whether the organizational structure is conducive to the development of the enterprise and whether it is in line with the current development environment,and make timely adjustments.This thesis uses a variety of research methods in the process of research,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,in order to provide a boost to the next sustainable development of L Construction Company,as well as to provide certain reference opinions for other similar companies in the construction industry. |
