With the continuous development of battery industry in the society now, button cell growth for more and more indispensable role in the battery industry. This thesis mainly research is how to improve the sealing quality of button cell, this is the last part in the button cell automatic production line of the five processes. Button cell’s sealing quality can react with multiple indicators, such as the total high, side button cell, weightlessness ratio and so on. And the most direct factors affecting these indicators is button cell in the process of the sealing contact the size of the springback amount, so springback control becomes very important. Control the size of the springback amount will be fully study the springback compensation principle. In order to study how to improve the quality of button cell, this paper first from the structure of sealing machine sealing concave membrane.The paper introduces the research status of stamping process and springback Control and have a comprehensive understanding about the current problems. Through analyzing the requirements of product, design and put forward the double power sine groove cam, put it into the production line of machine assembly to simulation. Using the optimization theory of QFD and satisfy the needs of users.In the paper, on the traditional constitutive analysis research, use ABAQUS software to analysis, analysis the sealing shell of battery shell, get the nephogram. Equal channel angular sealing concave membrane were compared, get the step angle concave sealing film is better than that of equal channel angular sealing concave membrane theoretically. Then through the actual experimental, the button battery, high side, high total loss ratio and other indicators to judge whether is the better.
