| In this study, the application of electromagnetic induction setting technology in fuze is the background. The design which based on the analysis of the development and application of electromagnetic induction equipment, put forward the not-in-coaxal induction setting technology to designing the setting device which used for setting beyond a certain distance of fuze.Through the research of some key technologies like Analysis of transmission characteristics and efficiency of electromagnetic induction, inductive setting information transmission technology, non coaxial setting and so on, the general technical concept has been determined. The setting device is designed with the software control circuit which core is MCU and the hardware circuit which based on the class E power amplifiers.The prototype of the setting device is designed and manufactured by the design and Simulation of the hardware and software and related calculation. And the prototype has been carried out to verify the related performance by a series of experiments.The setting device, can setting the fuze with a distance by Electromagnetic induction,, achieves the real-time setting, conducive to the initiation of projectile in planned regions, thus effectively improve the damage efficiency of shells. In addition, the design of the electromagnetic inductive setting device, can according to different requirements to all kinds of caliber fuze. It can be used to realize the Signal communication between the artillery and the Ammunition from the low cost, has good prospects. |
