China's sea area is large and many islands are occupied illegally by other countries, the technology need great input on the contention of islands and the investigation of underwater facilities. Currently, the weapons of individual soldier are underwater pistol and underwater rifle,but these weapons have a lot of defects, such as small power, recent range, no surface killing and no damage capability for big underwater facilities and hull, which limits severely the advantages of underwater frogman,therefore, it is important to research a portable,large damage,high precision weapon.Firstly, according to the working environment of the underwater rocket and the using of two environment force, a fuze system scheme is designed, its'correctness is verified through ADAMS software. Secondly, the dielectric characteristics of seawater and underwater communication mode are researched, the key technology of electromagnetic induction communication was proposed, with the theory of hollow transformer to design the information transmission channel of the electromagnetic induction communication, and the Ansys software is used to analyse the underwater electromagnetic coupling, which verifies the theory correctness of the underwater electromagnetic inductive setting. Finally, based on underwater electromagnetic induction communication theory and project requirements, the hardware and corresponding software programs of underwater Rocket Fuze electromagnetic induction Setting system are designed. A series of experiments are tested and the experiments results show that the underwater electromagnetic induction setting system is exact and credible.Through the research of this topic, the lack of underwater setting knowledge is filled at the same time,the research result can be regarded as a theory on the development of underwater weapons setting, while the underwater electromagnetic induction technology can be widely used in other areas.
