Building energy consumption in the total energy consumption accounts for approximately 28 percent, far more than the industrial and transportation. In view of this, our scholars have started to study building energy-saving issues from the last century 80’s, and achieved remarkable results. Recently, the State Council promulgated the outline of the national medium-term and long-term science and technology development program, in which building energy-saving is its priority and expected saving 50 percent energy in building energy consumption. However, due to lack of system analysis in building energy inspection technology, its development of energy-saving on building has greatly restricted. Therefore, in the context of environment protection, energy saving and emission reduction, the study of building energy-saving inspection technology would promote its development.The main purpose of this paper is to provide a certain technical inspection standards and methods for civil building energy conservation in our country, and to explore the countermeasures to improve the energy saving effect of civil buildings, in order to promote the sustainable development of construction industry in China. Specific writing ideas are as follows:First, analysis of the current status of the construction of energy-efficient detection technology, and the effectiveness and applicability of the existing building energy saving detection technology; Second, the mathematical model of the heat transfer of the retaining structure is established, and the dynamic performance of the retaining structure is analyzed by using many methods; Third, analysis of external envelope structure of the thermal defect detection method, process and thermal defects qualified judging principle, supporting structure of the external thermal insulation performance detection methods, principles and criteria, window air tightness testing step, testing requirements and the blast gate method was used to detect the building envelope overall tightness performance, the external retaining structure thermal bridge surface temperature detection method and requirements; Fourth, combined with engineering cases, the paper expounds the measures to improve the level of the civil building energy saving detection technology.
