Study On The Method Of Energy Saving Assessment For Civil Building

In the face of increasingly severe energy situation in China, the relevant departmentsissued regulations for implementing energy saving assessment and investigation in the newfixed assets investment projects. After nearly three years of development, the work of energysaving assessment has achieved initial success. But for some civil building projects, there isno a set of effective method for assessment. The consequence fails to be convinced as a resultlack of depth in content of evaluating. Therefore, to establish a set of feasible assessingmethod is so important.From the perspective of assessors, this article summarizes the problems existing in thecivil building energy saving assessment at present stage. On the basis of relevant theories andmethods, the author puts forward the program of civil building energy saving assessmentsteps, and implements calculating building energy consumption and assessing energy-savingprogram through the methods of standard comparing, energy-consumption simulation,tradeoff calculation and fuzzy evaluation, etc. Successfully build a complete assessmentmethod at last. Also, the author verified the reasonability and feasibility of assessing methodthrough the assessment of a commercial condominium complex in Nanchang, providing amethod for assessors.
