During the process of fuze design and production, to ensure the fuze detonate safely according to predetermined conditions, complete and qualified fuze circuit system plays an important role. Based on the analysis of the fuze circuit test project, an automatic test system of projectile fuze circuit was designed, and this system was used to ensure the eligibility of the fuze.In the design process of system, modular design concept was used, the design of testing system of hypogynous machine is optimized, the design of hypogynous machine hardware circuit is divided into the sensor test hardware circuit and the projectile fuze test circuit, the hypogynous machine based on the design can test fuze sensor and fuze circuit separately; the requirements of projectile fuze sensing performance are researched and analyzed. According to the working principle of sensor, the dynamic simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to carry on impact acceleration simulation for the assumption model. The design of projectile sensor for drop test device is completed according to Machete experimental device. The simulation and experiment prove that the design of device can meet test requirements; combined with the parameters of fuze circuit performances and the idea of modular design, LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument development platform of NI is used to complete the design of the epigynous machine test software module in the automatic test system. This system can record, analyze and save related parameters in the computer.Finally, the automatic test system is brought out, debugged and tested. The test results show that the automatic test system can operate stably with complete functions and meet testing requirements.
