Fuze test system plays an important role during the design, experiment, production periods of hard target penetration fuze (HTPF). Firstly, the operating condition is simulated by the test system, references are provided to design and development; secondly, defective products are eliminated, which makes the products safe and reliable; thirdly, failure analysis and statistics are done by the test system, so that the failure compoment of HTPF could be found and modified, the defective rate could be reduced.The test system of HTPF was designed in this thesis. According to different test requirements, the system was devided into two parts, one was the parameter tester for board level test, the other was the signal simulator for hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS). Function requirements and technical qualifications were proposed next. The signal simulator was designed based on the C8051F410micro controller. Digital to analog converter (DAC) of C8051F410was used to-simulate the penetration acceleration instead of the sensor. Programmed switch and communication module were designed to simulate the guidance cabin. The simulator and the fuze were connected by a19line electrical connector. Liquid crystal display (LCD)12864was applied to show informations. Based on the signal simulator, the parameter tester was designed sequently, consisting of upper computer, data acquisition card, signal simulation module and communication module. The parameter tester and the fuze circuit were connected by a probe table, the upper computer and the lower were connected by three USB buses. The software was designed in LabWindows/CVI. Vitual instruments and hybrid programming technology were applied in the design. Finally, the debugging process of the two parts were introduced detailly, the quality was verified.Debugging results and usage effects were stable and reliable, which met the function requirements and technical qualifications.
