| Dividing head is one kind of angle measuring instrument, is generally based on optical degree coil grating or inductive synchronous transducer consists of dividing element, is mainly used for indexing and angle measurement of the work piece is fixed on the central alignment, and can through other measuring tools in its circumference or arbitrary angle were measured within the operation.The presentation of this paper bases on a full digital control system consists head electric sub neural network PID controller, comes up with this total design proposal using dual loop, speed loop and position loop control technology, establish control model system, and gives the specific engineering realization. The largest center of the sample machinery is 260mm high, the maximum loading is 150kg, the maximum size of the work piece measurement is 3500mm, with the horizontal or vertical direction automatic indexing and locking, provides the digital measurement, display, data storage and print function.Firstly this paper gives the electric dividing head technical index requirement, aim at electric dividing head technical index requirement doing the analysis for system component parts and all components relative function, to select the required hardware equipment.Secondly explains the electric dividing head control system design concept and base on neural network PID controller application, base on BP neural network PID controller application and realization of calculation.Finally, introduces the software design of the electric control system of the dividing head. |
