Research On Assistant Decision - Making Technology Of NC Machining Process Based On Feature Automatic Weapon

With the development of modern manufacturing.the conditions of automatic weapons business has been greatly improved. But because of the late start and the particularity of its components, in the manufacturing process of the integrated parts, there are often heavy workload, inefficient, imperfect transmission of information. For this situation, this paper studied CNC machining process parameters decision support technology based on 3D feature of automatic weapons vital pieces, digital processing, transfer and sharing of technology information and other issues were analyzed based on three-dimensional model, also studied the automatic weapons industry CAD/CAPP/CAM technology and on this basis, built the automatic weapon vital pieces CNC programming system based on three-dimensional model. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) Studied characteristics technology and features processing technology, also had a research of the UG/NX CNC machining technology, made an example of automatic weapons crucial pieces 3D process design and NC machining simulation.(2) Studied the acquisition, integration and management of process knowledge of automatic weapon heavy pieces, had a research of CBR. RBR, ANN technology, used crucial pieces of automatic weapon as an example to illustrate the principle and operation mode.(3) Proposed 3D process feature model concept for automatic weapon, created feature process models and process of automatic weapon parts, had a study of CNC machining technology based on three-dimensional model of automatic weapon combined with UG CAM functions. In the consult of lots of literatures and researches, created aided manufacturing knowledge, tool library, examples and the trinity management module.(4) Had a research of automatic weapon CNC machining technology based on feature and PMI on all above results, developed the automatic weapon CNC technology system, Combined with the software tools and UG CAM, designed corresponding modules and achieved the intended functions then integrated.Finally made a detailed study and introduction of the implementation mechanism.
