The Research And Development Of A New Double-channel Microcomputer Excitation Device For Synchronous Motor

Excitation system is an important part to keep synchronous motor and electric power system running steadily and safely. This paper researches a kind of micro-controller excitation equipment of synchronous mot~ that is based on 87C I 96KD micro-controller. It describes the hardware of the system as a whole and introduces the design of exerting excitation uniL center control unit based on PSD technology and the digital phase-shifting and pulse-generating unit in details. This system has two running modes. One is keeping the excitation current constant. The other is keeping the power factor constant. We may select one of them by our use. 87C I 96KD micro-controller has a simple hardware and strong ability to resist the interference * it is programmed easily and easy to use yaries controlling strategy.On the section of exciter strategy, this paper analyzes the use of pole configuring self-tuning PID control technology.
