With the development of Vehicle electrical automation technology,it requires the vehicle power supply system to have higher quality of power supply,stability and reliability.As a independent power network,the vehicle power system has complex structure,limited capacity,which causes it to be more vulnerable.And it is a typical nonlinear system.Nowadays,vehicle power supply system usually uses claw-pole synchronous machine as generator.It has particular rotor structure with claw pole and it has small size and little weight and other characteristic.Currently,claw-pole synchronous generator used in vehicle still widely use traditional PI or PID excitation control system which are unable to meet the increasingly rigorous performance requirements of the vehicle power system.Considering this situation,aiming to improve the stability and reliability of vehicle power system,the thesis study on the excitation system of claw-pole synchronous generator on vehicle.Then,the thesis proposes and design a novel fuzzy parameters adaptive PID excitation control algorithm and controller.In chapter one,the thesis studies a larger number of literature in China and aboard in regard to the claw-pole generator and its excitation control system on vehicle,then analyze the characteristic.Based on the research of chapter one,chapter two does research on the modeling method of claw-pole synchronous generator system,then model the structure of 28V power supply system of vehicle,claw-pole synchronous generator and storage battery.In chapter three,the thesis study on PID excitation control method based on fuzzy parameters adaptive algorithm.Firstly,chapter three analyzes the traditional PID control algorithm.Secondly,it researches the principle of fuzzy controller.And at last of chapter three,it proposes a fuzzy parameter adaptive PID excitation control algorithm.Based on chapter three,chapter four designs the software and hardware of the fuzzy parameters adaptive PID excitation controller of claw-pole synchronous generator.To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method,in chapter five,it carries out the simulation experiment of vehicle power supply system with claw-pole synchronous generator.At first place,it introduce the building procedure,then it introduce the implementation of the proposed algorithm.And finally,a comparative simulation is carried out.The result of comparative simulation proves that the fuzzy parameters adaptive PID excitation control algorithm proposed in this thesis has a better ability to resist disturbance and a higher control accuracy compared with the traditional PID excitation control algorithm.The proposed algorithm can improve the stability and reliability of power system of a vehicle effectively.
