Study And Development On Support System Of SCADA In Distribution System

The first order moment algorithm of nodal load is presented to determine the optimal power supply restoration scheme on the basis of real-time network analysis. A flow based search method is proposed to find all the alternatives of power restoration paths for the isolated island, and the concept of the first order moment of load is utilized to determine the optimal restoration scheme with minimal power losses. A fault isolation and service restoration software is developed and used in a 10kV cable distribution network. A practical distribution network topology analysis ──First-end node definition method is proposed which can trace the change of the distribution network structure and give the topology information of the network. Combined with the power distribution factor method, a power flow calculation method, a real-time power flow software is developed and applied in a practical distribution system.
