All kinds of factors that influence bended component reliability in Reinforced Concrete Structure are analyzed in detail, by using theories and methods of Rein- forced Concrete Structure, Fuzzy Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Structure Reli- ability and Analog Method. The method of evaluating the reliability of Reinforced Concrete Structure Component using Fuzzy Analog with known component is pre- sented. Chief works are summarized as follows: 1. By summarizing the latest advancement and development in studying reli- ability evaluation in Reinforced Concrete Structure throughout the world, we point out, summarize and analyze the necessity, importance, generic methods and existent problems of reliability evaluation in Existing Reinforced Concrete Structure at the present time. 2. All kinds of factors that influence component reliability in Reinforced Con- crete Structure are elaborately analyzed. Sensitivities of all kinds of factors affecting reliability and reliability mark ~ of components of existing structures were calculated. Moreover, analog method computing reliability or reliability mark ~ of different com- ponents under similar conditions were put forward. 3. By changing conventional computing model about reliability analysis to structures, taking bent members of Reinforced Concrete Structure for example, fuzzy similarity method assessing reliability or reliability mark P of existing structures was brought forward. This method, by analyzing sensitivity and analogue number of all factors affecting reliability, computes degree of fuzzy similarity between undeter- mined member and sample members whose reliability mark P have been already known. Then, assessing value of reliability of undetermined member was computed by weight average method. The method is proved that satisfied engineering request. 4. Analytic Hierarchy Process Method is used to classify all factors that influ- ence bended component reliability in Reinforced Concrete Structure for the first time, founded on clear hierarchical relation figure. By combining qualified definition and quantified analysis, we gain reasonable weight vectors of factors that influence com- ponent reliability in Reinforced Concrete Structure. The method is used for bended component reliability in Reinforced Concrete Structure in this paper. But the method should be used for all of the structure and sys- tem, accounting the degree of reliability and evaluating the reliability of them.
