Reinforcement,reliability and maintenance of reinforced concrete structures are the sunrise industry in recent years,which are of great significance to eliminate the hidden dangers of housing safety,improve the longevity of concrete structures and save investment in construction.At present,the main evaluation of the reliability evaluation and reinforcement scheme of reinforced concrete structure housing is the engineering inspection method in China,which has not formed a scientific and perfect evaluation system yet.Therefore,it is of great significance to propose a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate the reliability of reinforced concrete structures in our country.In this paper,the main contents and conclusions,including:(1)According to the theory of structural reliability,consider the relationship between the reliability factors and the reinforced concrete structure level.Establish evaluation systems and identification standards of the reinforced concrete structure building from the reliability factors,such as the bearing capacity,cracks,deformation,reinforcement corrosion and concrete carbonization of reinforced concrete structures.(2)Based on the evaluation model of the reliability analysis of reinforced concrete structures,we use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to calculate the weight of each index by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The reliability evaluation index of reinforced concrete structures in Xingyue Bay 4 # and the further evaluation of the case project is completed.The overall reliability of Xingyue Bay 4 # Building is obtained from the principle of maximum membership degree.(3)This paper take the technical safety and reliability,the cost rationality,the complexity of the construction,the degree of influence on the original building after the reinforcement,the advanced nature of technology of such factors into scheme comparison and selection of indicators system of the construction of reinforced concrete structure building,to find the best scheme of comprehensive benefits.(4)Using the AHP to determine the combination scheme of each programmer.The membership function is used to evaluate the reinforcement method of enlarging section,the steel reinforcement method,the outer steel reinforcement method and the prestressing reinforcement method.City Ligang Building for the case of empirical analysis,the results show that the implementation of the Ligang Building reinforcement program with sticky steel reinforcement method is the best choice.In summary,this paper improve the theoretical system of building structure reliability appraisal for reinforced concrete structure reliability appraisal of the program.It provides the reference for reliability evaluation of other research.It can pick out the best programmer in comprehensive benefit scientific and rational to use reinforcement program optimization method.This paper also helps to apply the theoretical method to the actual engineering requirements of the optimal selection of the problem.
