Evaluation For Urban Traffic Organization & Management In Beijing

The traffic managers and planers will face the problem of evaluating effectiveness of schemes when they make the traffic organization and management schemes. At the beginning of this paper, the factors which indicate the effectiveness of the schemes are analyzed on the base of traffic conditions and its characteristics. And the evaluation parameters system is set up by three sub-systems---棗梞obility, accessibility and service level. Then, according to the collected data and former research, the calculation and classification of the parameters are specified. At the end of this paper, the right of each parameter is calculated with AHP model and the multi-parameter evaluation model is set up. In this paper, an evaluation system is set up to evaluate the effectiveness of the traffic organization and management schemes. With a case study, the research of this paper is proved practical.
