The Development Of Commutatorless Motor Device

This paper presents the research on the commutatorless motor. In this paper the basic running theory and the mathematical model of the ommutatorless motor is explored. The hardware of the control system is designed by the integrated circuit-design software Protel 99, and all the program is compiled and debugged by the assemble language MCS-51. Some difficult problems such as the double-loop feedback adjusting system, the synchronized phase-lock, the pulse-modulate and power-magnify, the rotor position detector etc. is mainly solved in this paper. Furthermore the improving of the commutatorless motor loading ability, the method of the intermittent commutation starting is investigated too.
