The secondary pollution of living water is a universal problem, which represent the exceeded bacterium and colibacillus in microorganism, represent the increasing nephelo and rust or black water in macroscopical, the dissertation start with the reason of the secondary pollution, try to find out a new method with save more energy and without pollution by contrasting with the traditional means from the point of design and material and mangement, point out the method of micro-electroanalysis is a effective way and the developing trend.Meanwhile, the increasing environment pollution contribute to the destroy of drinking water for heavy metal pollution and increasing organically pollution.Basing on the concept of water supply by different water quality, come to a conclusion that farther dispose in building is a good way to set out it by systematic comparing and economic analysis.Sanitation hot water and heat exchange system have being troubled by the erode, and facing with the more consume of energy, decrease in equipment life and the descent water quality. the dissertation try to find out a physics way from the traditional chemistry.
