On the basis of introducing method, technique and implement of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis for steam turbine set, the thesis brings forward a network mode that combines database and data files logically to achieve the steam turbine set vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis. Under this mode, making use of present-day network technology, the vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the native made 200MW steam turbine set was developed and launched into application practically. Firstly presented the developing status quo of steam turbine set vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis, the basic theory and method of vibration monitoring and failure diagnosis technique, including vibration fault mechanism of rotating machine, vibration measure analysis method and diagnosis technique are studied in the thesis. Secondly, the steam turbine set vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system including design idea, system software and hardware structure specialty is entirely expatiated in the thesis. Emphatically the mode that combines database and data files logically to achieve the vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis network system and main application method of software are introduced. The modular and distributing structure mode are adopted in the system software design. The functions of vibration data online analysis and real time fault diagnosis are provided with by the system. while the system uses local database and data files to save data, it alse communicates data with net database. On the one hand, the monitoring system imports unit running relation data from DCS (Distributive Control System) via Borland BDE or ODBC (Open Database Connection). On the other hand, the system exports treated vibration data to the background server via WinSock interface based on TCP/IP to complete connection with MIS (Management Information System). By making a good use of existing MIS network transmission ability and system storage capacity, the vibration monitoring system achieve network vibration data management, analysis, condition monitoring.
