The steam-induced self-excited vibration is a primary problem forturbo-generators.It has become one of the most important issues for theultra-supercritical steam turbine and must be taken into account.This thesis was derived for the target drawing the fault diagnosiscriteria.The fluid field oscillation and FSI were analysized in this paper,based on the principle of the vibration.The fixed load condition 600MW forthe turbo-generator,manufactured by STC,were simulated in ANSYS CFX.Results the steam's mass and velocity and the shaft's total displacement werecalculated, problems in the simulation were discussed as well, aimed forfault diagnosis and prediction. Diagnostic process of the vibration wasachieved on Turbo-Generators'Fault Diagnosis Expert System, based onplentiful fault cases analyses and diagnosis knowledge acquisition.
