Analysis And Evaluation On The Danger Degree Of The Channel Environment In The Water Of Xiamen Port

This paper analyses the factors affecting safety navigation in channel environment, and establishes the quantitative evaluation level of danger degree based on the related conclusions and results of ship-operating simulation and expert consultations both in and outside China for every evaluation factor on danger degree of the channel environment in port water. It sets the membership function of danger degree on the basis of the quantitative evaluation level for every evaluation factor and a model for its assessment by fuzzy comprehensive assessment which has been applied to evaluate danger degree of every channel, and further assess the danger degree of the whole channel environment, and analyses and evaluate the danger degree of the factors assessing channel safety steering in Xiamen port water, which has practical value for confirming the danger level of the channel and every evaluation factor and providing scientific basis of decision for improving the channel environment in the water area of Xiamen inner port.
