The Study Of Evolution Mechanism And Optimization Of Urban Inner Space Structure

With the improvement of the economic level of our cities and the implement ofseries of reform policies such as reform of land use system, the confliction betweenurban space structure formed under the planning economic system and the demandsof modernization and sustainable development has become more and more obvious,which awfully impedes the improvement of the efficiency of urban operation.Meanwhile, economic globalization, network of information technology andpenetration of multinational company system etc make the evolution of urban innerspace structure (UISS) more complicated. Therefore, it's necessary to analyze theevolution mechanism of its inner space structure and the trend of factors whichaffect the UISS according to the actual condition of a certain urban in the new socialbackground, so that we can work out appropriate policies and technology to adjustthe UISS to changing environment, and so as to enhance the competitive ability of theurban and realize the aim of sustainable development.Based on the review and remarks on the theory study of urban space structure, the author puts forwards his own point, and studies the evolution mechanism of Zhengzhou cantonal space structure, putting forward its optimization scheme and countermeasures to carry out the scheme.This article contains four parts.The first part focuses on theory exploration. This part set the conception and components of UISS in the first place, then it makes a general review and remark about the theory study of UISS and its mechanism at home and abroad and discusses the influential factors and mechanism of UISS in current time. In addition, this part puts forward a synthetic model and a thoughtway to design UISS optimization scheme.The case study is composed of the second part, the third part and the forth partinThe second part discusses the process and mechanism of Zhengzhou cantonal district, emphatically analyzes its change characters and mechanism since 1978. Based on the analysis, the author deduces that institutional reform and economic development are the key driving forces of pushing the evolution of Zhengzhou cantonal space structure, which cause it to present such structural characters as outflow of inner industries and emergence of circle structure, etc.The third part points out the current problems of Zhengzhou cantonal space structure (for example, location of different kinds of land function is inappropriate, functions of the city are not in harmony with the land use structure, environment and ecological p.roblems are serious, etc). Moreover, this part analyses the profitable aspects and disadvantageous factors which will influence the evolution of Zhengzhou cantonal space structure.The forth part is the most important accomplishment of this article besides the theory study. Based on the above analysis, the author puts forward the aims principle, content, countermeasure and methods of handling the contradictions of Zhengzhou cantonal space structure, which provides academic foundation for the development and improvement of its efficiency of Zhengzhou city. This article points out that Zhengzhou cantonal space structure should change from single-central, circling expanding to multi-central, separated conglomeration, forming tufty space structure pattern linked by information network, communication network and green belt.
