In this thesis, an introduction of low-voltage apparatus is given in detail, including the developed actuality, trend of development, remote control of Communication-Capable apparatus in our country. According to practice, this research is feasible, necessary and important. Furthermore, it is a part of "Research Of Static Relay Technology", which has been authorized by Technologic Committee of Hebei Province.The intellectualized equipment is the point of research in the world, it mainly uses microprocessor to dispose, restore and compare the collecting data so as to achieve the protected function. But it hasn't a centralized control system for central harmony and remote control, and the articles and productions are scant. The corresponding function is base of remote control, especially the productions base on fieldbus is a new study field. With a view of practice, it proves that this problem is worth researching and applying.Recently, fieldbus which is a exoteric, digital, bidirectional, multi-station communication system has been used broadly. The article introduces the production, consummation, trend, applied realm, structure and technology trait and merit of fieldbus. Through the example of PROFIBUS it illuminates the communication rule and implementing method which bases on OSI.In the Visual C++6.0 developing environment, use the multi-thread and database technology to design data transmission, disposal, storage and display through serial port, in order to implement remote debugging, remote control, remote information management, and the software has friendly man-machine conversation interface with convenient manipulation.
