The paper research on durability of reinforced concrete structures on basis of reliability theory and draw a conclusion: durability design coefficient is function of reliability index random process. It also analyze design and evaluate structures durability.In face of durability evaluation , it modify concept of durability coefficient and give suggested formula,Then divide durability evaluation class accord of it again , and in order to apply it more reasonable,we soften reliability index apply fuzzy theory. Final ly, we specially research durability of corrosion of steel bar ,discuss carbonation of concrete corrosion of chlorine ion and mechanism of corrosion of steel bar, give failure rule of durability, preliminarily establish durability evaluation theory.The paper basically set up frame system of durability basic theory.
