The appearance and development of the Information Technology whose core is Computer technology leads to emergence of series of new fields since 1980s. The rapid development of Biotechnology requires the intercross of different subjects and high demand on research of inter-subject is put forward. To fit for this tide, this thesis uses update incomes of RPM,Medical Image Technology,Computer Graphics to resolve the long-period problem of the Clinical Medicine. At first, this article introduces the situation and development of RPM and medical image technology, and introduces the application examples and scopes in domestic and overseas. The research of this subject adopts the new method of obtaining 3-D digital information from medical device, utilizes CAD system and its exploited tool for 3-D reconstruction until prototyping outputted. The keys of this subject are how to read 3-D Digital information from medical device and transfer it to the information that CAD system can recognize and how to reconstruct bent-surface with the 3-D Digital information that is obtained and constructed 3-D solid with those as a base. The research of this subject applies the knowledge of boundary achieve of Digital Image Processing and transfers it into what CAD system can recognize and process this information with the knowledge of Computer Graphics to speed up the model-construction. At last 3-D entity is made up with RPM technology for clinical medical. The research of this subject puts forward the primary research method of RPM in clinical application with knowledge of lots of fields. This technology should get essential progress and gain huge social and economical benefits.
