This thesis has discussed the product exploiture system about Concurrent Engineering and its application about the amelioration design of horomoill. The thesis falls into three main sections. The first section is about the research of Concurrent Engineering;the second section is the application of Coucurrent Engineering,about structure design of horomill ,which has been ameliorated;the last section is about the analysis of its structure and technics parameters in the process of horomill design.Concurrent Engineering is increasing well-rounded advanced manufacture technique. In the first section,firstly produces the engender,development and applications of the Concurrent Engineering in the world;secondly analyses the application problems of Concurrent Engineering;lastly puts forward that the product empolder system based on Concurrent Engineering includesCAD system,design assignment dynamic distribute system,conflict correspond system,communicate system and product data management system.Because the structure of horomill is not prefect in practice,in the second section design horomill by consulting the structure of roller grinding and applying Concurrent Engineering,and empolders secondly AutoCAD2000 by using Visual Basic 6.0,and sets up parameter gallery of horomill.In the third section,the dynamic model of horomill is developed. The relationship equation between energy consumption and press,and the relationship equation among the diameter of the cylinder,the diameter of roller and the average particle size are established. And also,the conclusion is proved out by experiments.
