In recent years, the modern high-rise building is developed in the comprehensive direction with complicated figures and various functions, and the high-rise building with transfer slabs is increasingly applied in engineering. Thick transfer slabs, with its characteristics that it can meet the demand of flexible structure function changes above and below the transfer floor, are favored by designers and users. But, at present, studies on the internal force distributing rules and analyzing method of anti-earthquake responses of thick transfer slabs are not systematic and in-depth, so, this paper will discuss the problem.Taking one high-rise building with thick transfer slab as an example, this paper use the finite element method(FEM) for the Seismic response analysis to grasp the Seismic performance and Dynamic Characteristics of the stucture. The main aehievements of the dissertation are expatiated as the following:(1) This paper use the ANSYS for the analytical study of structure with thick plate transfer story.Established a thick slab of transfer layer structure of finite element model, the overall structure of the dynamic analysis is done, including modal analysis, spectrum analysis and elastic time-history analysis.Through the analysis of the structure vibration-type characteristics, floor displacements and inter-story drift angle, identify the specific location of structurally weak layer, analysis the shear forces distribution along the height of the structure and explain some data. After analysis, if the structure arrangement is reasonable, selecting calculation parameters reasonablely, it is viable to use thick transfer slab structure in 8 degree seismic fortification intensity.(2)Expatiating upon the influence of two kinds of transfer structures, namely the high-rise building struetures with transfer slabs and transfer beams, on the natural periods of vibration, vibration modes, floor displacements, inter-story drift angle and earthquake shear forces of these struetures and pointing out that some seismic performance of the strueture with transfer beams are not more superior to the strueture with transfer slabs. In the end, according to results of the analysis, the paper gives the commonly conclusion and rule, then opposes some questions requested solution.
