Design Manufacture And Use Of The Bridge Erection Machine Type Changzheng Ⅲ-160

The system can alarm in time and auto operate within the maxism limits during work.The caculation of the stability and the constructure is analysised in the paper the effect of the wind load,the unplain of the line,etc have been main thought in the caculation of the stability. The stability of arm and 0 pole have been main analysised in the caculation of the constructure.The design of machanism-electronics hydraulic-all in one and manual of the machine of type ChangZhengIII-160 are also intruduced in the paper. The advanced technegue and electric design have been applied in the machine. The manual of the machine is very complex . The weld of beam is very important. The process of beam is analysised in detail. Last,it give a brief introduction of the operation include bean erection.
