It has a significant meaning to study the the dynamical characteristic of mechanism for improving dynamical design and characteristics. The thesis discussed the Dynamical Simulation Technology design Simulation modeling Bridge Erection Machine of JQ-850,which is designed by the China Rail Engineering Machinery Research & Design institute, and made the analyze of Simulation.The dynamical date is the key factor in the design of Bridge Erection Machine and so on. The famous FEA software ANSYS and Virtual Prototyping system ADAMS have been integrated in this thesis. A new Kineto-Elasodynamics analysis, named Flex method was used in the Simulation of the process in the Bridge Erection Machine work. We can get the curve of the dynamic situation data in the different work process. The cave of the situation can be used to determine the Bridge Erection Machine design.The components of Bridge Erection Machine are more or less elasticity configuration. It will change when it was acted by force. The action on the framework will change with the change. The problem was well settled by the Flexible body.Dynamical Simulation Technology was abroad used, but, Dynamical Simulation Technology on the Bridge Erection Machine of JQ-850, which is so large equipment, is the first time in this research. It provides thinking for this equipment design. Bridge Erection Machine is one of the most important equipment in the rail construct, whose cost is expensive in design and production. The research is valuable in the theory and practice .The calculation can be referenced when designing the similar equipment.
