Research On The Bridge Erecting Technology For Heavy Haul Railway By The Improved TJ165 Type Of Erection Machine

At present,China is developing the railway construction vigorously from the focus on construction a number of passenger dedicated line in the the railway development,transferred to the focus on heavy haul freight railway in the railway construction gradually.It marks the construction of Chinese railway planning network gradually clear.In 30 t axle load railway construction,the type 2103 T beams is one of the most important engineering structures in bridge construction,and it is also one of the core technology,and it is a kind of beam type that will be used generally in the construction of heavy haul railway in the future.At home,in the respect of erection the heavy haul railway beam,there never a precedent of using the TJ165 type railway bridge erecting machine made in heavy industry to set up 2103 types of simply supported T beam,currently the bridging machine is only apply to transport and set up the new building and old line transformation of speed under 200 km / h Railway,and under 32 m concrete simply supported T beam bridge(including(2005)2201 beam bridge(2005),2101 beam bridge 9753 beam beam type).The technology of railway bridge erection of beam type 2103 determines the safe of T girder erection,in order to ensure there is not any security flaws in smooth sliding off the beam in place or beam falling and so on during the erection of T beam.So this paper takes “the improvement of TJ165 type railway bridging machine set up T beam ”as the research object,combined with the South Railway channel girder construction,from the point of view of scientific and economy,through the detailed research content,solving technical problems specifically as follows.(1)Equipment improvement technology about TJ165 type railway bridge erection type 2103 T beam;(2)The construction technology about TJ165 type railway bridge erection of double type 2103 T beam;(3)Construction technology of the first end hole about the TJ165 type railway bridge erection of single beam type 2103 T beam;(4)Studying on the construction technology about the prestress steel bar of T beam in heavy load railway;(5)The construction technology about processing of T beam diaphragm connection steel plate for heavy haul railway and high vertical welding.The whole frame beam process is smooth,safe and effective,it tested the plan satisfy the job requirements,and it is safe and reasonable,could provide the reference in the related engineering.
