Laser gyro inertial navigation system in land vechicle required some character such as high precision and high stability and credibility and light weight. So nicer dynamic characteristics becomes main important requirement of the system. Traditional static design methods can hardly resolve problem of dynamic design. Only through exploring the interrelationship among the structure's natural characteristics, the external excitation and dynamic response of system, that is dynamic design, the problem can be resolved.This paper confirmed system design scheme of kinetic parameter design of structure and dynamic characteristics design of system and precision design of system through embedded research on system's principium, discussed some problem of kinds of sub-system, and presents a feasible system's scheme. And based this system's scheme, it designs detailedly parts of the system. This paper researched dynamic characteristics of internal and external bracket, the carrier of laser gyro, and compared kinds of scheme of structural design applying theory of structure dynamic design and theory of optimal design and analyzed natural characteristics of internal and external bracket applying ANSYS finite element analysis software. And use experimentation to validate this analysis result. Based theory of structural optimal design, dynamic characteristics of internal and external bracket is greatly stronger. And this paper presents the research on damping of system .It discusses to design damping system, select and fix shock damper and so on. Natural frequency of damping system is resolved by theory and experiment method and is twice reduced form 63.107Hz to 35.3Hz. Damping system can meet requirement of segregating vibration. And this paper also presents the research on precision of system. It discusses which affect precision of system and presents some measures to reduce and eliminate these affect and emphasize vibration and elastic distortion of spindle.Because of systemic and embedded research of this paper, some achievements are obtained and key technologic problem of Laser gyro inertial navigation system are resolved. This paper have reference value for inertial navigation system.
