The Research And Design Of The Precision Micro-Displacement Adjustment System

With the development of science and technology , micro-displacement technology has been used into the field of mechanical design , which allows precise positioning is not a difficult problem any more .This paper is based on the fund project of the Changchun institute of optics and precision mechanism .With the fact of the precision micro-displacement, response to the issue that it is difficult to determine the how to make sure the assembly reference point and the assembly reference line in the vehicle assembly process. This paper completed the design and research of the precision adjustment bench in the precision micro-displacement adjustment system . It includes the four facts .The first one is to complete the whole design program of the system , precision micro-displacement system , the second one is to design the whole structure of the precision adjustment bench and found the third-dimensional model with the software , the third one is to complete the finite element analysis of rail which is the key piece , the fourth one is to make sure the accuracy of the rail through the test.This paper provides a theoretical foundation for how to use the micro-displacement technology into the accurate position research .
