| April 2015,China issued a "China-made 2025" manufacturing strategy for the Decade of Action,Steam turbine as an important high-end equipment for ship power and power plant operation is an important area for national intelligent manufacturing development.In recent years,China’s marine conflicts continue to intensify,China is increasing investment in marine construction,marine steam turbine as an important component of ship power,its production and manufacturing process has strict requirements.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of assembling and detecting of marine steam turbine,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of assembling and detecting of a steam turbine manufacturing enterprise,and explores the application of advanced measuring instrument in the assembly process of marine steam turbine.Design the appropriate detection aids,the ultimate realization of marine steam turbine precision and efficient assembly process.Firstly,the current situation of the assembly process of the marine steam turbine is analyzed,and the selection of the detection instrument is carried out according to the assembly detection requirements of the marine steam turbine.The API T3 laser tracker and the Handyscan 700 3D laser scanner are used as the detection instrument,combined with the working principle of the detection equipment,the structural characteristics of marine steam turbines and detection data requirements,the design of the assembly inspection process,optimize the assembly detection process,improve the status of marine turbine assembly detecting.Secondly,according to the structural characteristics of the parts to be detected in the marine steam turbine,design the corresponding detection of auxiliary tooling,so that the measurement equipment can be detected by tooling to the marine turbine small space and complex structure of the detection.Then,according to the requirements of the assembly inspection process to improve the existing marine turbine support,four kinds of auxiliary support platforms are designed to optimize the support mode when the marine turbine parts are separately detected,so that the marine turbine parts in the separate detection and assembly status when the support is similar,reduce the deformation error when detecting alone.Finally,calculate and select the combination devices of the support platform,Establishing 3D model and finite element model by using 3D EXPERIENCE platform.The finite element analysis of four support platforms was carried out under load condition.The size of the design was determined according to the finite element analysis results,and finally the size data were obtained.In summary,the design of marine steam turbine auxiliary detection device meet the needs of precision assembly detecting,the research content of this paper for achieving the marine turbine precision digital assembly has the application and promotion value. |
