With the complete of modern architecture technology and the uprising of requirements on architectures and functions, the technology of fastening to concrete has been widely applied in new or renewed buildings for the reason of its characters as economy, fastness, and easiness to use. At home, it has been applied but is lack of regularity and theory and applying level of it need to be raised. In this paper, mainly discussed is the ability of anchors under stress, tension, moment under usual conditions. Based on the principles of anchor technology, the ability of anchors under common statistic tension, stress and moment is concluded and also deeply discussed in this paper are the failure models of anchors under tension and stress and the factors having effects on anchor bearing ability. Besides, in this paper, conclusions on the relationship between these factors and the bearing ability of anchor or anchor group are drawn. On the basis of CCD (Concrete Capacity Design), presented in this paper is the improved CC anchor design, which accords to the utmost bearing theory and obeys to the codes in use. Also in this paper are detail introductions to special software and some researches in real constructions. Post-installing technology, based on anchor research, is discussed in details and the structure requirements and design method of glass wall connections are presented.In the end, through examples and experiments, the method presented in this paper is applicable, safety, economical and can be applied to real sites and it has a great prospective of application.
