This paper considers the aircraft as a mass point and bases on the analysis of turn rate plot and energy information to compute and analyze the post stall dynamic boundaries of thrust vector controlled post stall maneuverable aircraft when the amount of data available for calculating metrics will be limited at the early design stage in an aircraft's life. Some agility metrics such as Combat Cycle Time and Point Margin are selected to compare and analyze the agility between thrust vector controlled post stall maneuverable aircraft and conventional aircraft, which aims at the validity assessment of post stall agility using existed metrics. A combat agility management system (CAMS) is designed with an optimal algorithm called the flexible tolerance polyhedron method so that it can play a more important role in enforcing an aircraft's ability in a close combat condition. The study results show that CAMS optimally designed with some problems' constrains can improve an aircraft's maneuverability.
