A Study Of Rotating Laser Precision Inside Check And Correction System

Rotating laser is used in earth measurement, mechanical engineering installation and building widely. Especially in the upholstery, it can offer a real time standard plane for upholsterer on the walls using rotating laser. With the higher and higher demands in the construction, rotating laser its own higher precision is demanded. At present, the check standard of rotating laser has not come into being, and the manufacturers and users still use the traditional i angle method of gradienter which have long-distance, low precision and in the stage of eyeballing. It is a concerned problem how to improve the precision of check. So this subject has wide application value.Based on the 3 dimensional analysis of rotational laser, the check scheme with CCD as the hard core is established, the check steps are set up, the whole frame of the check system is designed and the principle of system is described. The hardware and software models of the system function are introduced. The datum plane of system is made certain and its veracity is proven by experiment. The result indicate that the laser rotating check system has very high precision and sensitivity and display the check result with number. The factors worked on the check precision are analyzed detailedlyin this paper, and the relevant improved measures are put forward.This paper involves plenty of subjects such as the optics, mathematics, circuitdesign, single-chip, interface and measurement etc. The experiments prove: the system can has very high precision and sensitivity and occupies small room. This system is mainly applied to guide the check in the product line, also for the users.
