This thesis applies Safety System Engineering to the risk assessment of liquid dangerous goods terminal. Bad accident such as fire & explosion and leakage & diffusion of poison would happen there. Although these accidents can beget and affect each other, they are different in theory, time and area. So DOW Fire & Explosion index and Integral Rate will be used to assess them, respectively. Based on this, the synthesis risk index can be obtained on the principle of AHP. According to the synthesis risk index, Safeguard can be made to prevent accident, and once accident happen, efficient policy could be used to reduce the life and property loss.
